Wild LouLou Money-Back Guarantee Policy

Overview

Wild LouLou offers a Money-Back Guarantee for eligible purchases in the event that an item is materially misrepresented, arrives damaged, or fails to arrive. Eligible purchases may qualify for a refund of up to $100,000, subject strictly to the terms and conditions set forth below.

Eligibility Criteria

A purchase qualifies for the Money-Back Guarantee only if:

1. The order was completed online through Wild LouLou’s secure checkout platform.

2. The item is materially different from its description, was damaged during transit, or was not delivered.

3. The buyer reports the issue within seven (7) calendar days of:

   • The confirmed delivery date; or

   • The promised delivery date (for undelivered items).

Failure to report the issue within seven (7) calendar days, or failure to provide requested documentation within seven (7) calendar days of Wild LouLou’s request, will result in ineligibility for coverage under this policy.

Trade Wild LouLou members may be subject to extended reporting periods in accordance with their membership terms.

Ineligible Claims

A purchase is not eligible for coverage under the Money-Back Guarantee if:

• The item was accurately described and not damaged in transit. (Returns may still be possible under the seller’s return policy or, for EU-based buyers, applicable EU consumer protection laws and the Wild LouLou User Agreement.)

• The return request is based solely on odor, unless a scent profile was explicitly disclosed in the listing.

• The buyer arranged independent shipping or retrieved the item in person.

• The purchase was completed outside of Wild LouLou’s secure checkout (including in-store, phone, or email transactions).

The Money-Back Guarantee does not reimburse costs for repairs, restoration, or alterations undertaken prior to Wild LouLou’s written review and approval of a repair estimate. Repair costs may be considered only as part of an approved alternate resolution under this policy.

Wild LouLou reserves the right to determine eligibility and resolution at its sole discretion.
