At Wild LouLou, excellence is not optional — it is our standard. For our Curated Collection, we partner exclusively with sellers whose inventory, craftsmanship, and service reflect the elevated expectations of our discerning clientele.

Before a seller’s pieces are featured within the Wild LouLou Curated Collection, they undergo a rigorous evaluation process conducted by our in-house specialists. Each applicant is carefully reviewed for the quality, authenticity, provenance (where applicable), and overall suitability of their inventory, as well as their commitment to exceptional client service.

Our Curated Collection is governed by strict marketplace standards designed to preserve integrity, transparency, and trust. Sellers are required to adhere to these standards at all times. To ensure continued alignment, our team conducts ongoing audits of select listings to verify accurate representation, condition disclosures, and presentation quality.

Should a seller fall short of our standards, we address the matter promptly and discreetly. While we prioritise resolution and collaboration, Wild LouLou reserves the right to remove any seller from the Curated Collection if our standards are not met.
